Canter Cellars - Rosé 2025Canter is a new Southern Okanagan label founded by 3 families, and named for their shared love of horses. This is a single vineyard Cabernet Franc ros, whole bunch pressed, with a part seeing some skin time before bleeding off into the mix. After 12 24 hours, all is saigne, and fermented until dry ish, at 4 g L. Ripe and glycerol, with a sultry acidity, and ample ripe wild strawberry, juicy watermelon, and baked rhubarb, seasoned with baking spices.
