Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon FuentesecaBib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon develops its unique flavor from a perfect amount of aging and our unique double char barrel method. Over the years we tested multiple ways to craft a bourbon that captures the unique smoky flavor of food cooked on the open flame. After multiple barrel trials, we crafted our own unique process. Double Char is first aged 6 years in one new white American oak barrel & then we age it in a new second charred & smoked barrel
