Lots of cooked fruits, apple, apricot, mirabelle, quince. This nose gets nicer and nicer. Nice hints of spices, aniseed, Chinese anise. Great balance and elegance. Some peppermint. Mouth: Nice attack, quite sherried, but much less impressive than the nose. Funny notes of herbs from Provence (thyme, rosemary). Fresh
