Bijito Junmai, Sake, Japan (14.5%, 72cl) gløggBijito is a nihonshu sak produced exclusively in Japan. The result of the fermentation of rice, water and koji (a natural enzyme that enables the transformation of starch into sugar), this Junmai sak is produced from Koshi Hikari rice. No added spirit. A super delicate, everyday kinda style of Sake, that is meant to be incredibly easy to drink due to how pure it is and does not compete with any food. Store Sake, cool and dim, open within a year.
