The holey sweet tooth was sculpted in wax, stuffed with sapphires and cast in 925 Sterling Silver. Lab grown gems were used as they are both stable enough to withstand the high temperature that molten silver reaches for the cast in place method as well as being ethically sound. One of a kind. Length of chain: 45cm Charm: 20mm x 10mm
