Production is limited to one bottling per year. Deep dark brown colour, opaque and viscous. Marmalade and prune aromas, bursting with flavours of ripe fruit, liquorice and molasses. Rich and velvety on the palate, well balanced, with a long finish showing the wines

The wine destined for making the Gran Reserva is set aside after the final coupages and goes into French oak barrels where it spends 28 months
