Robert Mondavi The Estates Chardonnay ViosinhoBeautiful aromas of toasted almond, baked apple, orange blossom and sandalwood emanate from the glass. One the palate, the wine is a gorgeous balance of bright, juicy summer citrus and creamy, rich marzipan, with teasing hints of jasmine and ginger. We hand harvested our grapes at daybreak and gently pressed them as whole clusters to retain fruity flavours and delicacy. A slow, cool native yeast fermentation took place in 100% Burgundian style barrels

10% cabernet sauvignon and 1% malbec for a fresh and vivid flavor and rich colour

An intense yet elegant sweet wine with notes of caramel

The palate has rounded plum and red fruits balanced by fresh acidity

which are most desirable for their ability to retain water for plant during summer months
