Sipsmith London Dry Gin 70cl Size:70clSipsmith was born out of a desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name. With a nod to traditional hand crafted production, their London Dry Gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller. Sipsmith London Dry Gin is multi award winning; a marriage of a traditional recipe of 10 classic botanicals and a genuinely hand crafted process

Five times distilled for purity but with an increased amount of barley spirit from the Penderyn still to create a smoothness and complexity expected by connoisseurs

It's a perfect accompaniment to the fantastic seafood of Abruzzo

The palate is crisp and finely rounded

This is due to its thin skins (meaning less colour and tannin)

It is then moved to barriques for 12-14 months and subsequently matured in large oak casks for a further 6 months
