.925 Silver Cigarette Box by Wilhem Binder, c.1961. Military Inscription. Antiquarian BooksA . 925 silver cigarette box by Wilhelm Binder, c. 1961. The box bears an inscription to the top which reads, 'Presented to S Sgt. J. F. R Westrup From WO's & SGTs 4. R. T. R [4th Royal Tank Regiment] Feb. 1961'. The interior and base are wood lined. The box remains in a very good condition with only light scratches consistent with age. Clear '925' hallmark to the rear of the box and Wilhelm Binder maker's mark to the base. The title is stamped to a black leather title panel in gilt with further gilt decorating the edges of the raised bands

The boards show some rubbing to the extremities and the spine shows some cracking
