Fermented in a small bin and aged in 30 gallon French oak barrels for 9 months, it was exclusively bottled in a 375 ml "baby" bottle. A true micro lot wine crafted with care and precision. The fruit was sourced from Tories Vineyard, one of the most northeastern sites in Carneros, nestled against the Mount Veeder foothills. Its bowl shaped topography
