Come tutti i Long Pond, anche questo rum custodisce la tradizione dei pi autentici distillati provenienti da Trelawny, unarea di grande biodiversit che rappresenta storicamente il grand cru del rum giamaicano.

«Cru» e «Monovarietale» adesso si compenetrano

Affinamento: 9 mesi a contatto con le bucce in tinajas (anfore) dai 350 ai 450 litri

il riposo in botti di rovere perdura per almeno 12 anni

con tannini succosi ed una spiccata acidità

riduzione di prugna supportati da una nota ferrosa

Al naso ampio con sentori di frutti di bosco
