If you've used alcohol wipes or nail prep, your nails may be too dry and the base coat can adhere too strongly. Before applying, you can lightly massage a very small amount of hand cream onto the nail surface. The nail should feel moisturized, but not greasy. (Cuticle oil doesnt work as well for this.) Apply
