We found that unique and tasty flavors of key lime, honey granola, and pear made up the majority of the flavor profile of this coffee when roasted lightly. This washed processed coffee brews a sweet and clean cup with tasting notes of Strawberry

The sweet sugary flavors were also still prominent in each sip
