z(1930) Chiltern. Miss Pinkie. Showcased by Pretty Vintage Things 1923Miss Pinkie Showcased by Pretty Vintage Things Dearest little 12" Chiltern teddy bear. Hard to find pink mohair. Dating 1930 early 1940. Wool wool and mostly kapok filling. Glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth intact. Five way jointed. Very good overall colour and generally good mohair. Original cotton pads are excellent with all claw stitching intact. Please note back lower left leg has mohair loss, also front of both lower legs has mohair loss

and carded feet

Tilly has original glass eyes

He is filled with wood wool

Previous owner found him at an estate sale in Massachusetts in 1963 and has cherished him ever since

He has an almost bald arm and fur on his front is patchy

He has a large chest and large humped back

He has beige velveteen pads for his paws which are a little worn

This particular bear dates to 1906-07 era
