The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey Liqueur 70cl 12x200mlTo create this small batch Liqueur, the Whistler team combine Whisky from Boann distillery (matured in bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks) along with Irish Honey sourced from the apple orchards of the Cooney family. Opens with a healthy whiskey influence, immediately followed by incredibly creamy vanilla and caramel, with honey and candied almonds at the end.

To create a Bourbon of the Magnitude the Pappy Van Winkle team have employed an extremely careful and expensive distilling method along with a selection of Barrels from the heart of the warehouse

Raspberry and Blackberry infusion within the main body of the Gin with some spicy finishing notes

Lots of Floral and Citrus notes run throughout

with Ginger beer and a Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice
