Weller pioneered the industrial method of substituting wheat for typical rye grain. It features pleasant aromas of caramel corn, new leather, plums, mild toffee, and pipe smoke. The flavors on the palate include marshmallow, salted almonds, nougat, figs, and dates. This whiskey's finish is smooth, calm, and flavourfully sweet.
