Layers of structured tannin and the distinct mineral imprint of the Quintessa terroir give way to a structured and polished finish. Balanced and with well integrated movement, this elegant and complex wine has plenty of life ahead of it drinking well now and with cellar potential for at least 20 years. Blend: 87%

with a floral lift from the Petit Verdot component

well-balanced between alcohol and acidity

and fermented in small stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures to retain fruit freshness and vibrant aromatics

Pyrazinic berry flavors are highly herbal

Match with: can also be served with antipasti made with liver

butter or toast and sometimes an exotic twist of orange peel

but the tannins are perceptive and I imagine this will close down for a few years soon
