We were given this variegated form of the rhododendron 'Unique' by the Thompson Nursery in Oregon

One of the parents of the famous 'Black Widow'

but go through a nice color change into orange and red

tall over time

The plant grows full and lush

This sport found on Chamaecyparis pisifera `Baby Blue'  has darker blue foliage that looks icy

But I'm sure no one will be growing this to harvest the wood
