FAIR Elderflower Liqueur 70cl Size:70clMade using hand picked elderflower petals from the French countryside. The fresh petals are macerated for one week in neutral alcohol. We then do a slow reduction by adding fair trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance. Clear, pale golden. Floral, with hints of sweet blossom, apple and lychee.
