Initial Rye Spice on the forefront before more Sweeter notes develop, Caramel and Biscuit coming in with Oaky undertones and a Thick Prune like texture.

They were named 'Best Compound Gin' three years in a row at the World Gin Awards

This spiced Negroni Gin is based on the original Four pillars Gin but with increased Tasmanian Pepperberry Leaf and Cinnamon

and a little Mintiness

and of course botanicals to create a wonderfully exciting Gin which is refreshingly Floral and notably smooth

NOSE - Zingy and Juniper forward

This is a Pink Gin version of the original CollaGin Gin

this then develops into a Long and Complex finish with undertones of Oak throughout

Hints of pear and apple compliment floral aromas and mix with a taste of honey and spice

hints of Marzipan and Warming finish

and bottled at 100 proof or 50% alcohol by volume

Juicy Sweet Mango at the forefront with undertones of Spicy Chilli and notes of Juniper alongside before more Citrus and Chilli at the finish
