This is 90% white grapes taken from various other brisat style wines found in the cellar at the point they are pressed, then a splash of Sumoll is added to give the wine its copper tinged pink appearance. It mixes that fragrant, citrusy style of his white wines with a flash of strawberry fruit. A no brainer wine of refreshment that will quench thirsts
