Primer $19This non acid primer helps enhance adhesion for a long lasting gel manicure. It is used before the base coat, and after PH Bond. If you find your manicures lifting and peeling after a short amount of time, PH Bond used alongside a Primer will extend the life of your manicure. Primer does not need to be cured under a UV LED light it will air dry. Use Primer very sparingly. Your nail should not be shiny after applying Primer, but rather have a matte
