Gyuto 205mm Pure ironThis Suminagashi Gyuto with Saya feature a short and strong blade, good distal taper, and a thin tip. The san ma is made from 135Cr3 core steel with high layers suminagashi cladding. Forged to shape and to geometry the bevels are ground on water cooled grinding stone with a Kasumi finish.
