2000s Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15 Year Old irish whiskeyColour: Light gold. Nose: Creamy with some added notes of cake, apple compote, grape juice. Nice freshness and smoothness, which make it very enjoyable. Some nice honey. Mouth: Lots of caramel, white pepper, apple compote, dried orange. Very nice, especially its balance. Some burnt cake, toffee, charred wood. Medium Long finish, on apple pie. A very nice heavy seller.

nougat… Goes on with a little bergamot (earl grey tea)

With water: A little ginger and white pepper

Nose: maybe not the depth of earlier versions of White Horse but the peatiness is very obvious
