We enjoy Cabernet as much as you do, feeling the need to uphold the local folklore of this noble variety. Our Miss Bronte is named after our eldest granddaughter Bronte and was created to be enjoyed on any day with a y in it. Inky dark red with crimson hues. A pungent core lift of blackcurrant, cracked black pepper, with dark chocolate and a splash of

gently destemmed and immediately pressed to minimize colour extraction

Fermentation was carried out by natural yeasts at 20 degrees C

velure tannin and brisk natural acidity

Lifted notes of passionfruit

and integrated cedary oak

feeling the need to uphold the local folklore of this noble variety
