Single malt casks from Speysides (Glentauchers, Glenrothes and Mannochmore) for their soft malt profile, orchard fruit notes and floral nuance. Then from France, whisky barrels from Nantes added finesse vanilla brioche and ripe stone fruit on a clean, silky palate. And from the US, Heaven Hill bourbon barrels brought their signature depth: warm oak, caramel, roasted peanut and baking
