Noyo Snow web specialOriginating in the Fort Bragg area, 'Noyo Snow' is a cross of R. yakushimanum x R. Elliotii. The plant is quite compact, with dusted white flower buds opening into white flowers with a light pink blush on the outside of each flower, and a yellowish cast inside.
