Single barrel maturation to ensure you get every ounce of flavour without blending

each a tribute to the spirit

Whilst the peat levels are much higher than our standard Peated malt

creating a beautifully balanced dram to savour and enjoy

Our Classic spirit is initially matured for up to 7 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels from Jack Daniels

After second distillation the unpeated spirit was placed in a Seppeltsfield Barossa Valley Apera cask for 18 months
