Hartland Berg Field MugCare Instructions This is a 15oz ceramic mug. These products are dishwasher safe on the top wrack and a low cycle. Constant direct sunlight exposure may cause fading. Fully submerging the product and soaking for long periods of time may cause fading and other imperfections of the design. Refunds HR Crafting has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. There are no exceptions. Turnaround Time Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks
