Cristom Willamette Pinot Noir Somerston WinesA new wine from Cristom, the 2024 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley comes mainly from purchased fruit and a small amount of estate fruit. It was fermented with 42% whole clusters and matured for nine months in 16% new French oak. It has open knit aromas of red and black cherries, charcuterie, damp earth and fallen leaves.
