The green and red foliage of summer is very attractive

The leaves are textured

The plant grows fairly quickly up to 8-12 ft tall and somewhat less wide

We think Grumpy is a 'must' for the yak collector

Showy plumes of creamy-white flowers on long racemes are very lovely in late summer
