HMS Spirits Elizabeth Gin 70cl Emporia BrandsThe HMS Spirits have done it again, this time in the form of the Elizabeth Gin which is named after. HMS Queen Elizabeth (in case you hadn't worked that one out). To create this Gin they use an Elderflower distillate, along with their traditional Botanicals which are added creates a Juniper forward Gin with hints of Earthy Spice before Floral Veins of Elderflower come through.

Knob Creek is crafted in limited quantities

followed by a well balanced Pepper and Juniper finish

aged in American Oak barrels and cut using Rocky Mountain water
