it dials up the tart black and red hedgerow berry fruit
neatly balanced out with pronounced salty minerals
that makes the whole thing feel wonderfully alive
that classic autumnal forest floor with dry spices
brisk and generous with lemon and apple notes aplenty from the white grapes while the Mandó supplies all the tart red berry & sour cherry notes
This translates into a very low-extraction red
