Hayfield 2023 Strong Dark AleA new farmhouse ale, fermented with the same mix of yeasts and bacteria as the beloved Hay Day. Aged in barrels that previously held Yasnogorodsky red wine. The bouquet features: the aroma of hay, moderate acidity, slightly tannic in the aftertaste.
