This wine is 100 percent pinot meunier, with the varietys pretty strawberry pink notes and crunchy herbal tones. The bubbles and those herbal tones combine in a fresh flavor, driving the red fruit long into the finish. This is tight, clean and very dry, a lovely take on meunier.
