Coppa FarmhouseSmoking Goose in Indiana makes some of the most delicious charcuterie in America. We are particularly fond of their coppa. Their meat is sourced from small sustainable farms and uses the best quality ingredients. Coppa is a whole muscle cut the pork collar that is cured and rubbed with garlic, black pepper, paprika, Calabrian Chile, and Cayenne. It is great on a picnic since it is super easy to pick up and enjoy.
