Wilfred Thesiger first met Nura and her three children, Munzuk [Murzuk], Erzek and Merzik, a Bayt Kathir Bedouin family at Habarut wells in January 1946. Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
