It has a Discreet Carry Concepts clip attached to it for supreme grip on whatever material it is clipped onto. It is adjustable up and down about 1. 5 inches, has an angle adjustment of about 20 included, and has adjustable retention. It is ambidextrous so it can work on either side of the body.
