This technique allows the Gin flavours to be preserved and along with the Botanicals used it creates a Sweet Lemon and Honey infusion which leaves you coming back for more

The result is an initially Sweet Tequila that has notes of Vanilla and Cacao before and Earth Agave and Herbal infusion takes over which sticks throughout
