With maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10-15 days

Nose: The nose is sweet cedar and brown sugar mingled with dark cherry and pipe tobacco

with mild notes of grain

all made using botanicals which feature in our Distillery’s Secret Garden
