7'10" Jive Space Elevator body7'10" x 21 3 4" x 3" Jacob Ells is a Santa Barbara based shaper who is always looking to push the boundaries of alternative boards. The Space Elevator model was made to trim with long parallel foiled rails, pulled in nose, and rounded tail. The rocker of the board is low allowing for high down the line speed. The bottom contour is quite interesting starting flat in the nose and quickly turning into a tri plane hull with a deep single concave that runs

The rocker is low with a genrous amount of kick in the tail

with a nice subtle curve throughout

The Octafish's rocker is low making it speedy and loose

UPF 40+ for extra protection in or out the water

The outline is fairly parallel

This mid-late 60s inspired longboard is incredibly fast in trim

The rail foil reminds us of the single fins being made in the 70s that were thick

The outline is inspired by transition era logs with the wide point set back and a slightly pulled in nose and tail

it's design allows for ease when laying into tight radius turns in the pocket and uses its moderate volume to cary its speed through softer sections
