Mr Clark's modest little narrative is considerably superior to the ordinary run of modern books of travel

most notably to the fingernail of the second finger but it is the same colour as the plaster and does disappear into the work (please see photographs)

The chair boasts exceptional detail with the legs carved in the form of an animal with cat-like features hiding behind leaf held in its toothed mouth

The bust shows some light wear to the base commensurate with age but generally remains in a very good crisp condition throughout

The lids remove with ease and sit firmly when in place
