It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives. This Vermouth is made from a blend of local herbs and botanicals native to the Aeolian Islands. The wine base is made from Malvasia grape and the infusion includes

a family-owned estate in Suvereto

the wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and large Slavonian casks

and a steady mineral backbone

great in Negroni variations or sour cocktails

The 2019 vintage shows black cherry

The vineyards are farmed with a traditional approach

This wine has nothing to do with the sweet

more elegant wines that focus on territoriality rather than fruit concentration

but refreshingly light and so enjoyable - unlike any I had ever tasted before
