This Whisky is created by maturing the Whisky in Seven different casks: American White Oak

This is the entry level expression from the Caol Ila Distillery and was first launched in 2002

The recipe dates back to the 18th Century and has notes of Citrus Lemon and Lime with Juniper and Liquorice running throughout with hints of Sugar to mellow
