ES 20 is particularly suited to throwing large pieces and the addition of specially selected molochite means that it is also excellent for hand building

It is used in doll studios

corderite grog is added to give the clay a slightly grogged feel

Composition:

At 1100°C - 1180°C firing yields a birck red colour

this method long being the preferred way by many potters of offering more plasticity and throwability (due to us not being in control of the quality of the powders slight specking may be observed)

This clay has been specially formulated to fire between 1080ºC - 1260ºC with very low shrinkage

allowing artists to fill up the bulb easily with liquid glazes and underglazes directly from any size bottles without creating a big mess
