Michel Couvreur Voile Note Red BlendsExperience and friendship made that we did a cask exchange with Dominique Derain, wine producer at Saint Aubin. Very unique, he made matured a Chardonnay under a veil for more than 6 years, like a Vin Jaune. His wine has been labelled as "Voile Not", Dominique allowed us to give the same name to our whisky. Rich, powerful, this single malt develops very fine and subtle characters. Slightly woody with vanilly savours, enhanced by a floral elegance.
