1980’s Vintage Sewing Pattern: Butterick 4676 Size:2-6Children's Dress: Very loose fitting dress 1"(25cm) above mid knee has back button closing, optional ruffle, front & back gathers, shaped yoke and full length or short raglan sleeves elasticised at lower edge. Suggested Fabrics: Soft Fabrics such as Broadcloth, Batiste, Calico, Gingham, Challis, Eyelet. Condition: Pattern is Factory Folded. Cover in Poor condition.
