The wine is made the way they would have done, combining Vernaccia, Trebbiano and Malvasia into a blend that has a lengthy ageing process. Templare ages in French barrique for 12 months and an additional year in glass lined cement, and stil yet, more time in bottle before its release. This is a wine to age, must like the tale of the Knights for which it is named.
