RMR Sled Racing Press Release:

Tank Junior Racing had an amazing start to the season.  After picking our race sleds up from Precision Marine & Motorsports, we went right to our first race in Jackman, ME.  It was a brisk -12 degrees when we got to the track last Saturday morning.  Gabriella and Brennan were so excited and couldn’t get on their sleds fast enough.  Special thanks to Steve Reynolds for helping us battle through the cold to get the little sleds started!

Gabriella had 11 kids in her improved class.  They were divided into 2 heats.  Gabriella got the holeshot and won her heat race.  This gave her a great starting position for the final.  She again got the holeshot in the final, but ended up finishing 5th.  Brennan had 10 kids in his stock class.  We could tell during the practice he was determined to get the most out of his sled.  Like his older sister, he took control and won his 4 lap heat.  This set up his optimal starting position.  Brennan took the holeshot at the green flag for his final and led the race uncontested to the checkered flag, landing him top spot on the podium.
