2. Custom Order Policy
All products we create are custom-made to order based on your specific design requests, materials, and sizes. Because of the personalized nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after production begins.
3. Proofs & Approval
If a design proof is provided, it is your responsibility to review and approve it carefully. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, sizes, or design elements that were approved by you before production.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept the payment methods listed on our website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Production & Delivery
Production times vary based on the complexity of the order and current workload. Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials, final product colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or samples. These variations are not considered defects.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
By providing artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold Aggressive Graphix LLC harmless from any claims related to unauthorized use of intellectual property.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website.
